Dr. Jennifer Hale was absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Each person was kind, compassionate and informative.

The exam was done with me in the room and she was attentive to my questions without me feeling like they were stupid questions.

We were provided with a quote of cost before the procedure was done and the cost after was the same, no additional unexpected costs. What a relief to be so transparent with cost! (Obviously this might not always be possible, but still very happy it was for us). The last thing you want when you have an unexpected pet cost is to have that cost double without being warned.

I'm happy to say that we have found our new vet in the area. We will be putting our roots here for both dogs going forward. Grateful for River Rapids Pet!"

"I have had the pleasure of having my fur kids under the care of Dr. Jennifer Hale earlier in her career. She handled routine exams, minor to severe disease/issues, and end of life care with expertise and kindness. When I learned she was opening a clinic, I was ecstatic about introducing my new kids to her.

She has seen my newest dog for a routine exam - a nervous rescue. Dr. Hale and her staff were so patient, welcoming, and thorough with the exam. It was a calm, pleasant experience for my girl and me.

Dr. Hale has also just seen my cat who has been struggling with a mystery illness for the past 7 years, and has been declining rapidly in recent weeks. Again, she was so thorough and gentle, and she uncovered the likely cause of her illness. She was very clear about expectations as my cat is coming to the end of her life, and answered all of my questions in detail. I left the appointment feeling confident about the treatment plan and that we are doing the right thing for my cat.

It's a bonus that the location of the clinic is close to my home, but I would make the drive if it wasn't, and I would recommend River Rapids Pet Hospital + Clinic to anyone in or out of the area. Dr. Hale and her staff are amazing!"

"This vet really intrigued my sister and I for their high rating and positive reviews on google. I will say, they have a high rating for a reason! They got us in ASAP, within a couple of hours. They were so personable, and had great passion for animals and their care. I felt like I was heard on my concerns for my little girl cat Ivy, and they checked her out and offered additional services but they weren’t pushy - they just knew I was a little worried since my last cat had passed and I wanted to make sure she was alright. They did that and more. My kitty and I felt so at home there, she was eating churus treats and getting pets from the nice veterinarian doctor and the veterinarian tech. I hope they see this review and know that I appreciate all that they have done! And how kind and compassionate they are is refreshing. Thank you for taking care of my cat and easing my worries.
